ConvoControl™ is a sales training, communication skills, and personal development brand owned and operated by Tara Shuler. ConvoControl™ offers books, digital courses, workbooks, audiobooks, live coaching programs, corporate training, keynote speaking engagements, and recurring membership communities.
References to "ConvoControl," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to ConvoControl™ and its owner. References to "you" or "customer" refer to any individual or entity that accesses our website or purchases our products and services. Our primary website is convocontrol.com.
By visiting convocontrol.com, completing a purchase, creating an account, or enrolling in any ConvoControl™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or enroll in programs. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase via WHOP or Shopify. Promotional pricing is valid only on the specific page where offered and cannot be applied retroactively.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your WHOP dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Physical Books & Workbooks
Returnable within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Email [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Digital Products
All digital sales are final once access has been delivered.
ConvoDojo Membership
Monthly fees are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Black Belt in Conversation
Governed by the enrollment agreement. Deposits are non-refundable.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of all access. Please contact us first — we are happy to help.
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or upload content to any third-party platform. Sharing login credentials is a violation of these Terms and may result in access termination without refund.
Physical products are fulfilled via print-on-demand. Shipping times are estimates only. ConvoControl™ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All content on convocontrol.com — including text, frameworks, course content, videos, images, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of ConvoControl™ and Tara Shuler. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You agree not to violate any laws, harass others, post harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, use our content commercially without consent, impersonate ConvoControl™ or Tara Shuler, or scrape our platforms. Violations may result in immediate access termination without refund.
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Individual results from our programs vary based on effort, experience, and other factors and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvoControl™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid ConvoControl™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConvoControl™ and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
ConvoControl™ delivers products through WHOP, Shopify, Lulu, and Go High Level. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.
Engagements are subject to a separate written service agreement. Booking requests are not confirmed until a service agreement is executed and any required deposit is received. Travel and expenses are the responsibility of the contracting organization unless otherwise specified.
SMS Program Description
ConvoControl™ operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and subscribers who have provided express written consent. By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any ConvoControl™ form or order page, you consent to receive text messages from ConvoControl™. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Types of Messages Sent:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your purchases and enrollment status. You may receive up to several messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. ConvoControl™ is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out — Text STOP: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from ConvoControl™. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or provide consent through a ConvoControl™ form.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. ConvoControl™ is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in SMS transmission caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions beyond our control.
No Sharing of SMS Data: Phone numbers and SMS consent collected by ConvoControl™ are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ConvoControl™ is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class-action participation.
